This workflow helps teams move from raw feedback to clear, prioritized action.
What is an Insight?
Section titled “What is an Insight?”An Insight is a reusable statement that summarizes a recurring player signal and can trigger concrete action.
A strong Insight is:
- Specific
- Recurring
- Actionable
How Insights are produced
Section titled “How Insights are produced”Lovelace builds Insights through a structured pipeline:
- Group similar messages around shared themes.
- Generate or assign one clear Insight statement per theme.
- Attach evidence examples supporting that Insight.
- Rank Insights by recurrence, trend, and relevance.
Prioritization logic
Section titled “Prioritization logic”Teams should prioritize using a combination of:
- Recurrence: how often the signal appears
- Trend: whether it is growing, stable, or decreasing
- Relevance: impact on product goals and player experience
Contract and processing limits
Section titled “Contract and processing limits”All messages collected in your configured scope can remain visible in Lovelace.
AI processing used to generate Insights may be capped by contract. Additional processing volume (extended history, broader scope, extra analyses) can require plan upgrade or additional billing.
